Julie K. Fowler is admitted to practice in Washington State and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She received her BA in Law & Justice and German from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington and her law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Fowler is also a licensed insurance agent in the State of Washington.

Ms. Fowler is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (Chair of the Solo and Small Practice Section), American Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and the East King County Bar Association (Vice President).  Ms. Fowler serves on various boards and sections within these bar associations. Ms. Fowler volunteers as a V.O.I.C.E. mentor for the Issaquah Schools Foundation, as a family law attorney for the Greenwood Legal Clinic, and fosters dogs through the organization Saving Great Animals.

Ms. Fowler has received recognition for her pro bono activities. She received the Community Partner Award from Northwest Family  Life for her work with domestic violence victims In 2009 she received the King County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Outstanding Mentor Award. Ms. Fowler has published articles in the King County Bar Bulletin and appeared on local radio programs.
