Julie K. Fowler, J.D.
Julie K. Fowler is admitted to practice in Washington State Courts and United States District Court. She received her BA in Law and Justice and German from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington and her law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She formerly worked for the King County Prosecutor's Office prosecuting misdemeanor crimes. Ms. Fowler was selected to write a brief on the effectiveness of guilty pleas for the United Nations International War Crimes Tribunal. This brief was used as a reference for prosecutors trying war crimes cases in Rwanda. Ms. Fowler is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (Member: Real Property, Probate and Trust, Family Law and Solo Sections), King County Bar Association.
Ms. Fowler has over 23 years of trial experience in family law, estate planning and business litigation. Ms. Fowler routinely handles mediations, motion hearings, and trials in Superior Court.
